14.2. However, La Tarte au Carr\u00e9 cannot extend its warranty on its products if the Customer has not respected optimum storage conditions, namely refrigerating the products as quickly as possible and consuming them within 24 hours.<\/font><\/font>

inex\u00e9cution, la non-ex\u00e9cution ou le retard dans l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de l\u2019une de ses obligations d\u00e9crites dans les pr\u00e9sentes C.G.V qui aurait pour origine un cas de force majeure. \u00c0 ce titre, la force majeure s\u2019entend de tout \u00e9v\u00e9nement ext\u00e9rieur, impr\u00e9visible et irr\u00e9sistible au sens de l\u2019article 1148 du Code civil.
